Prezident Rəcəb Tayyib Ərdoğan Suriya məsələsi ilə bağlı Soçi şəhərinə edəcəyi səfər zamanı Rusiya Prezidenti Vladimir Putinlə Dağlıq Qarabağ problemini də müzakirə edəcəyini bildirib.
