Türkmənistan Məclisi (parlament) noyabrın 25-də Əfqanıstan, Türkmənistan, Azərbaycan, Gürcüstan və Türkiyə beş ölkəni birləşdirən “Lyapis lazur” nəqliyyat dəhlizinin yaradılması barədə sazişi ratifikasiya edib.
Xaber.org Trend-ə istinadən xəbər verir ki, saziş noyabrın ortalarında Aşgabadda Əfqanıstan, Türkmənistan, Azərbaycan, Gürcüstan və Türkiyə XİN-in yüksək vəzifəli şəxsləri səviyyəsində imzalanıb. İmzalama mərasimi Əfqanıstan üzrə VII İqtisadi əməkdaşlıq regional konfransı çərçivəsində baş tutub.
Bu dəhlizin Əfqanıstanın Herat əyalətindəki Torqundi şəhərini Xəzər dənizi sahilindəki Türkmənbaşı limanı ilə birləşdirəcəyi nəzərdə tutulur. Daha sonra dəhliz Xəzər vasitəsilə Bakıya və Tbilisidən keçməklə Ankaraya, oradan isə İstanbula uzadılacaq. Gürcüstan ərazisində nəqliyyat dəhlizinin Poti və Batumiyə şaxələndirilməsi nəzərdə tutulur.
Layihənin dəyəri 2 milyard dollar həcmində qiymətləndirilir.
Nəqliyyat dəhlizi öz adını qədim dövrlərdə Mərkəzi Asiyanın başlıca ixrac məhsullarından olan lazurit mineralının rənginə uyğun götürüb.
