İstintaq nəticəsində müəyyən olunub ki, D.Rafailovdan başqa, mütəşəkkil cinayətkar qruplaşmanın tərkibinə “İzmaylovo” ictimai istehlak fondunun baş direktorunun müavini Ancarini Basam, eləcə də suriyalı, iraqlı və vyetnamlı şəxslər daxil olub.
