Türkiyənin hazırda Qarabağ konfliktinin həllində iştirakı Rusiya üçün arzuolunmazdır.
Bunu “168 Jam” qəzetinə müsahibəsində ABŞ-ın keçmiş dövlət katibi Ceyms Beykerin Sovet İttifaqı millətləri üzrə müşaviri olmuş, Mərkəzi Kəşfiyyat İdarəsinin (MKİ) təhlilçisi Pol Qobl söyləyib.
“Türkiyə qeyri-müəyyən ölkədir, onun addımlarını proqnozlaşdırmaq çətindir. Ona görə də o, Rusiyadan Qarabağdakı monopoliyasını ala bilər. Türkiyə bundan sonra da prosesə müdaxiləyə cəhd edəcək. Bu müdaxilə yalnız aprel hadisələrinə bənzər hallarda ola bilər. Daha dəqiq desək, əgər toqquşmalar olsa, müdaxilə edə bilər, danışıqlar prosesi isə Rusiya və ABŞ-ın təsiri altındadır və ona buraya müdaxiləyə imkan verməzlər.
Qarabağın həlli ilə bağlı inkişaf imkanlarını hələlik görmürəm. Digər tərəfdən isə prezidentlər və nazirlər görüşməli, Minsk Qrupu çalışmağa davam etməlidir ki, başqa ölkələrdə separat təşəbbüslərin effektivliyi azalsın. Rusiya bundan sonra da Azərbaycanı əldə etməyə cəhd edəcək, ona görə də diqqətli olmaq lazımdır”, – deyə o bildirib.(Axar.az)
