Layihəyə əlavə olunmuş qeydə əsasən İran hökuməti Qüds şəhərini Fələstinin həmişəlik paytaxtı kimi tanımağa borcludur və bunu dəstəkləyəcək.
Millət vəkilləri layihənin qəbulundan sonra parlamentin binasında İsrail və ABŞ-a ölüm şüarları səsləndiriblər.
