Azərbaycan əsilli milyarderlər Qod Nisanov və Zarax İliyevə məxsus “Kiyev meydanı” şirkəti “Olimpiyskiy” idman komplekslərini alıb.
“APA-Economics” xəbər verir ki, bunadək idman kompleksi Rusiyanın ən zəngin insanlarından biri olan Musa Bajayevin “Alyans” şirkətinə məxsus olub.
Rusiyanın ən iri idman komplekslərindən birinin alqı-satqısına dair əqd bu ay reallaşdırılıb. “Kiyev meydanı” əqdin dəyərini açıqlamır. Yalnız o məlumdur ki, idman kompleksinin yeni sahibləri layihəyə 300-400 mln. dollar yatırmaq niyyətindədirlər.
“Olimpiyskiy” idman kompleksi 1980-ci ildə Moskvada keçirilən Olimpiya oyunları ərəfəsində tikilib.
Moskva merinin müavini Aleksandr Qorbenko bildirib ki, hazırda “Olimpiyskiy” idman kompleksinə daxil olan obyektlər köhnəlib və müvafiq tələblərə cavab vermir: “İdman kompleksinin yenidən qurulmasına ehtiyac var idi. Moskva üçün olduqca vacib olan obyektə investisiya yatıracaq investor lazım idi”.
İdman kompleksi 2019-cu ildə rekonstruksiyaya bağlanacaq və yenidənqurma işləri iki il davam edəcək. Bundan başqa, kompleksin ərazisi 213 min kvadratmetrdən 300 min kvadratmetrədək genişləndiriləcək.
“Olimpiyskiy” idman kompleksinin yenidən qurulması ilə Polşanın “APA Wojciechowski” şirkəti məşğul olacaq.
“Forbes” jurnalının versiyasına əsasən, Z.İliyev Rusiyanın 34-cü, Q.Nosanov isə 36-cı ən zəngin adamıdır. Onların hər ikisinin sərvəti 3,1 mlrd. dollar təşkil edir.
