Onun sözlərinə görə, Azərbaycanın müvafiq qurumları artıq indidən sel və leysanlara qarşı hazırlıq işlərinə başlamalıdır.
“Azərbaycanda yağışlı payızı proqnozlaşdırmaq üçün kifayət qədər əsas var. Yağıntılar iqlim normasından bəzən çox olacaq”, – Zeynalov bildirib.
Xatırladaq ki, sentyabrın 23-də Bakıda güclü yağış yağıb. Bir neçə dəqiqə davam edən yağış nəticəsində paytaxtın bəzi küçələri həqiqi çaya çevrilib. Bəzi yerlərdə suyun dərinliyi yarım metrə çatıb. (oxu.az)
