Xaber.org apa-ya istinadən xəbər verir ki, əmək və əhalinin sosial müdafiəsi naziri Səlim Müslümov Milli Məclisin Beynəlxalq münasibətlər və parlamentlərarası əlaqələr, Əmək və sosial siyasət, Elm və təhsil, Səhiyyə, Ailə, qadın və uşaq məsələləri komitələrinin birgə iclasında 2018-ci il üzrə Azərbaycanın dövlət büdcəsinin layihəsinin müzakirəsi zamanı bildirib ki, “Pensiyalar haqqında” qanunda pensiyaların artırılması mexanizmi dəyişib:
“Əvvəllər pensiya iki yerə, baza və sığorta hissəsinə bölünürdü. Pensiyanın baza hissəsi prezident İlham Əliyevin sərəncamları hesabına müəyyən məbləğlərlə artırılırdı. Sığorta hissəsi isə hər ilin əvvəlində əvvəlki ilin inflyasiya göstəricisinə uyğun olaraq artırılır, indeksləşdirilirdi. İndi bu mexanizm dəyişib. Artıq pensiyanın baza hissəsi yoxdur, ümumi məbləğ var. Artımlar bütün məbləğə şamil olunacaq.
